1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSThese Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Strong Market Management Inc. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Not Just a Gig provides the following Services:
• The Salary Gap Report - a free personalized report generated based on information you voluntarily submit, including your field, job title, salary, location, and experience. The report provides estimated salary benchmarks, market comparisons, and negotiation data points based on aggregated compensation data.
• The Salary Growth Roadmap - a paid product ($9.00 USD, one-time purchase) that provides a personalized negotiation playbook with phase-by-phase guidance, scripts, and contingency plans tailored to your role, field, and situation.
• Career resources, articles, guides, and related content published on notjustagig.com.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICEThe Salary Gap Report, Salary Growth Roadmap, and all related content are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional financial, legal, or career advice.
• Salary benchmarks are estimates based on aggregated, self-reported, and publicly available compensation data. They are not guarantees of what any employer will pay.
• Results are based entirely on information you provide. The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
• Negotiation outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances, employer, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
• We make no representations or warranties that following the Salary Growth Roadmap will result in any specific salary increase or employment outcome.
You should use the Services as one data point among many and consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
The Salary Growth Roadmap is available for purchase at $9.00USD as a one-time payment.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to the Salary Growth Roadmap is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at
strongmarketmanagement@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. USE OF OUR SERVICES
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to generate a report
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Salary Gap Report or Salary Growth Roadmap
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll content on the Services, including but not limited to the Salary Gap Report format, Salary Growth Roadmap content, articles, guides, salary benchmarks, negotiation frameworks, logos, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of Strong Market Management Inc. or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may submit information through the Services, including salary data, job titles, and other inputs used to generate your report. You retain all rights to the information you submit. By submitting information, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to generate your report and improve our salary benchmarks in aggregated, anonymized form. We will never publish or share your individual data in an identifiable way.
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you have purchased the Salary Growth Roadmap and your access is terminated without cause, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
9. DISCLAIMERS
The Services are provided on an "as is" and" as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrongMarket Management Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost salary increases, or employment outcomes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $9.00 USD, whichever is greater.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you and the Company agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at strongmarketmanagement@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming. You waive any right to ajury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on our website with the updated revision date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting your email address through the Services, you consent to receive your Salary Gap Report, salary market updates, and other career-related communications from Not Just a Gig. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties without your explicit consent.
